We operate a fair, transparent and honest policy with our fees we charge for
our legal services. There are no hidden fees and we always aim, where
possible, to ensure that our clients are fully aware of the fees they will be
charged from the start of their case to the end of the case. Where we are
unable to do so and especially in hourly rates cases, we provide a phased
estimate, where possible, and make it clear that any payments on account are
not fixed fees or estimates.
Initial Consultation
We charge a fixed fee for our initial consultations at £150.00 plus VAT. This fee is for
an Initial consultation for up to 1 hour and taking place during office hours.
Our Hourly Rates
The current hourly rates we charge at set out in the table below:

Immigration Case
The fees we charge on immigration cases vary depending on a number of factors. These
typically include:
- whether the work is for non-contentious or contentious;
- The complexity of the work; and
- The hours likely to be spent in doing the work.
The fees are usually charged on a fixed fee basis for non-contentious application work.
However, some work can be carried out on an hourly rates basis. The fees for immigration
work is set out in the table below:

- The hours likely to be spent in doing the work; and
- The value of the estate.
The fees are usually charged on a fixed fee basis for non-contentious application work.
However, some work can be carried out on an hourly rates basis. The fees for immigration
work is set out in the table below:

The fees we charge on civil litigation cases vary depending on a number of factors. These
typically include:
- The complexity of the work;
- The hours likely to be spent in doing the work; and
- The value of the claim.
The fees are usually charged on an hourly rates basis, as it is often difficult to anticipate how
much work will be required to be carried out in order to do the work on a fixed fee basis.
Civil Advocacy Case
The fees we charge on civil litigation cases vary depending on a number of factors. These
typically include:
- The complexity of the work;
- The hours likely to be spent in doing the work; and
- The value of the claim.
The fees are usually charged on a fixed fee basis for interim applications and small claims
trials. However, some work can be carried out on an hourly rates basis. The fees for civil
advocacy work is set out in the table below:
